Sharad Trivedi

Research Associate

Sharad Trivedi is a legal researcher with academic and professional interests in constitutional law, criminal law, service law, and public policy.

Before beginning his litigation practice, Sharad obtained a B.Com.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow. During his studies, he served as Teaching Assistant to the Head and Dean of the Faculty of Law, founded the Constitutional Law Society, and coordinated the Moot Court Society.

Sharad’s research experience includes assisting Prof. Dennis Galligan (University of Oxford) on public policy and constitutional law, Dr. Heather McRobie (Bifröst University, Iceland) on polar, space, and environmental law, Dr. Anurag Deep (Indian Law Institute) on criminal and constitutional law, and Prof. Richard Albert (University of Texas) on comparative constitutional law. He has also worked under Hon’ble Mr. Justice Irshad Ali at the Allahabad High Court, where he focused on service and civil law matters.

His research interests include comparative constitutional law, public policy, criminal law, and the legal regulation of space and polar territories.

He has presented papers on gender equality, human trafficking, and sexual violence, and has authored works addressing law and social issues.
