Aimna Chouikha

Research Associate

Aimna Chouikha holds a Master’s degree in International Law and European Law, as well as a second Master’s degree in Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne School of Law.

She is a legal researcher specialising in constitutional theory, with a particular focus on constitutional crises and the legal dimensions of war from a Constitutionalist perspective. Her areas of specialisation also encompass normativism, decisionism, sovereignty, and institutional law.

She is currently focusing on examining the actuality of NATO and the EU, particularly in relation to the crisis dynamics within their legal frameworks.
